In the letter dated 07.06.2024 and numbered 5729, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the relevant letter, a copy of which is provided in the appendix, it is stated that Regulation No. 163/2002 and related legislation, which determine the technical requirements for certain construction materials placed on the market in the Czech Republic, will enter into force as of January 1, 2025.

It was stated in the article that there is a provision that allows products produced in Turkey to be treated the same as products produced in the European Union or the European Economic Area, provided that they comply with tests carried out by approved institutions or are considered equivalent to them.
