In the letter dated 13.12.2024 and numbered 13651, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The letter dated 9.12.2024 and numbered E-44624038-104.99-62788, which was received by the Public Procurement Authority from our Association, stating that the principles and procedures for the registration of real/legal persons to EKAP in the electronic environment were determined by the Institution's decision dated 23/10/2024 and numbered 2024/DK.D-234, and that the application was put into effect as of 18/11/2024, and explaining how the registrations to EKAP should proceed, is attached.
