In the letter dated 05.03.2025 and numbered 2438, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the letter sent to our Association from the Financial Crimes Investigation Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, it was requested to announce the information letter prepared for the purpose of increasing the awareness and compliance of the obliged institutions and organizations with their obligations within the framework of Law No. 5549 and other relevant legislation.

The said letter, which also includes sample documents that the liable groups can use, is presented in the appendix.
