In the letter dated 23.07.2025 and numbered 8367, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is stated that the 16th Term Meeting of the Turkey-Pakistan Joint Commission (JEC) is planned to be held in Islamabad on 8-9 September 2025, under the co-chairs of Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler and Pakistani Minister of Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema, and that there is a need for text contributions and information notes in Turkish and English regarding the issues deemed appropriate to be included in the JEC 16th Term Protocol.

In this regard, we kindly request you to forward your views on cooperation opportunities for increasing trade and economic relations with Pakistan, sectors to be prioritized, suggestions for the development of trade, problems encountered in bilateral trade activities and proposed solutions to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (E-mail: tuna.evmez@tobb.org.tr ) by the end of business hours on July 30, 2025, to be used in the preparations for the meeting in question.
