In the letter dated 25.08.2025 and numbered 9901, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

With the support of our Union, the 14th YÖREX – Local Products Fair, organized by the Antalya Commodity Exchange, will be held abroad for the first time this year, at the Station Airport fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany, from December 19-21, 2025. YÖREX, a key platform for promoting Turkey's geographically indicated and local products in the global market, offers a critical opportunity, particularly in terms of access to the European Union market.

Increasing the export of our geographically indicated products will not only create economic value but also allow for a stronger representation of Türkiye's cultural richness in Europe. The EU market holds great potential for our geographically indicated and local products. Our primary goal with this fair is to enhance the brand value of our products, increase their recognition in the European market, and expand export opportunities. The fair, which will be organized to promote our geographically indicated local products, contribute to their economic growth, and increase their export potential, strongly represents the regional values of our provinces. In this context, our Chambers and Commodity Exchanges are expected to participate in the fair alongside producers, cooperatives, and companies producing geographically indicated products from their respective provinces and districts.

The participation of our Chambers and Commodity Exchanges in the 14th YÖREX, which will be held at the Düsseldorf/Germany Station Airport fairground between 19-21 December 2025, to exhibit regional products from their regions and to inform and encourage their members to participate will strengthen the fair and the promotion of geographically indicated products.
