In the letter dated 31.12.2024 and numbered 14297, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

According to the Circular on the Arrangement of Short-Term Compulsory Liability Insurance Contracts for Highway Motor Vehicles for Businesses Engaged in Second-Hand Motor Land Vehicle Trade, dated 26.12.2024 and numbered 2024/35, issued by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, a copy of which is attached, compulsory traffic insurance contracts (for vehicles to be purchased for commercial purposes) to which businesses holding a second-hand motor land vehicle trade authorization certificate will be a party as operators can be drawn up for a minimum of sixty days, starting from 1 February 2025.
