In the second paragraph of article 10 of the Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and Chambers and Commodity Exchanges;

"The names of members whose tax liability has been determined to have been cancelled, or whose addresses and status cannot be determined for the two years preceding the current year, or who have not paid their dues during this period, are deleted from the professional groups and voter lists by decision of the chamber's board of directors; their dues accruals are stopped."

In the 14th article of the "Chamber Transaction Regulation" issued pursuant to Law No. 5174,

Chambers update their membership records in January of each year, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law. Accordingly, the membership of those whose tax liability has been determined to have been cancelled, or whose addresses and circumstances cannot be determined from the first of January of the second year preceding the current year until the update is made, or who have not paid their accrued membership dues during this period, will be suspended by decision of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the provisions of the law and regulations explained above, the registrations of our members who have not paid at least one of their dues accrued in 2023 and 2024 by January 24, 2025, and of our members whose tax liability has been determined to have been cancelled, will be suspended by the decision of our Chamber's Board of Directors.

We invite our members to review their membership records on our website at https://ebelge.tobb.org.tr , register any changes in their status with the Edirne Trade Registry Office, and check their Chamber membership dues debt status.
