In the letter dated 06.09.2024 and numbered 6093606 sent to our Chamber from the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey Edirne Governorship,

While introducing Bursa Cuisine, it was announced that the 3rd Bursa Gastronomy Festival will be held between 13-15 September 2024 at Bursa Merinos Park with the theme of "Bursa Flavors from Tradition to the Future", aiming to contribute to the culinary heritage in many events with the contributions of famous chefs and academicians for the sustainability of Turkish Cuisine.
