In the letter dated 11.11.2025 and numbered 14671, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It has been stated that declarations with the main regime code "3151" are declared together with the goods subject to the "1040" regime that are intended to be exported after being put into free circulation, and that if a transaction is desired to be carried out within this scope, the exemption code for the relevant item should be selected as "SDKIHR".
