In the letter dated 01.08.2024 and numbered 7757 sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is stated that an information text including various questions and answers was prepared in order to contribute to the information and awareness of the insured persons operating in their own name and on their own account (repealed Bağ-Kur) regarding the regular payment of their insurance premiums within the scope of Article 4/1-b of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510.
