In the letter dated 25.07.2025 and numbered 8450, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It has been communicated that the Decree on Export Supports, which was put into effect by the Presidential Decree dated 17.08.2022 and numbered 5973, was published in the Official Gazette dated 18.08.2022 and numbered 31927, and within the scope of the aforementioned Decree, the Circular on Sectoral Trade Delegation and Procurement Delegation Supports entered into force on 10.10.2022.

In the letter, it was stated that an amendment was made to the Circular on Sectoral Trade Delegation and Procurement Delegation Supports in order to ensure that the activities of sectoral trade delegations and procurement delegations are carried out more effectively and efficiently within the framework of the said legislation and to reorganize the implementation-related issues.

The article continues by stating that the aforementioned changes, which were approved and entered into force on 09.07.2025, were incorporated into the aforementioned Circular and that the updated Circular was published on the Ministry of Trade's website.
