In the letter dated 11.07.2024 and numbered 7002, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is reported that the US Embassy Trade Counselor will organize a delegation of Turkish businessmen to the Automotive Aftermarket Fair AAPEX Show, which will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 5-7, 2024. The AAPEX Show ( https://www.aapexshow.com/ ), which will feature more than 1,115 automotive-related product categories, will also take place at the same time as the SEMA Show.

Some of the opportunities that can be provided to AAPEX Show delegation participants;

• Fair registration and free fair admission (savings of $60 to $120 depending on the date of ticket purchase)

• With the AAPEX Show entrance card, you also get free admission to the SEMA Show.

• Free invitation to the Overseas Automotive Council (OAC) Reception

• Pre-arranged and facilitated briefings and meetings with US participants, customized to the delegation's demands

• Access to the International Business Centre (IBC) includes private meeting rooms, a relaxation area and a refreshments lounge.

Hotel and airfare expenses will be covered by the delegation participants, and the fee to join the delegation is $90 per person. The U.S. Trade and Industry Office will be able to provide group visa interview support for accepted AAPEX Show delegation members.
