In the letter dated 31.10.2025 and numbered 14088, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Opinions are requested on the lists, a copy of which is attached, for which the suspension of customs duties or the implementation of tariff quotas or the removal of existing customs duty reductions, which will come into force as of July 1, 2026, within the framework of negotiations with the European Union, are requested.

Manufacturers must submit their objections, co-application requests, or requests for the continuation of existing suspension regulations for products in Annex-1 by 5 December 2025 at the latest; and their requests for the termination of existing practices for products in Annex-2, Annex-3, and Annex-4 by 6 November 2025, via official letter and from their companies’ Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) addresses to the Ministry of Trade’s KEP address ( ticaretbakanligi@hs01.kep.tr ).
