In the letter dated 10.07.2025 and numbered 4106409, regarding Building Completion Insurance (BTS), submitted to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, it is stated that in addition to prepaid housing sales contracts, urban transformation projects and all other construction projects are included in the "Building Completion Insurance General Conditions" and it is requested that the information guide prepared on the subject be forwarded to the relevant parties.
