In the related article, a sample of which is presented in the appendix, information is given about the Commission Regulation enacted by the European Union on the prohibition of the use of Bisphenol A (BPA), other bisphenols and bisphenol derivatives with harmonized classification for certain hazardous properties in certain materials and substances intended to come into contact with food, and the website address where the regulation can be accessed is shared.

The article continued by explaining that a transition period, as detailed in the article, has been granted for the implementation of the provisions of the said regulation, and that the list of substances for which the exceptional use of the said product and its conditions of use are permitted is included in Annex-2 of the relevant Regulation.
