In the letter dated 12.06.2025 and numbered 00110197175 sent to our Chamber from the Provincial Directorate of Commerce of the Edirne Governorship of the Republic of Turkey,

With the amendments made to the Regulation on Real Estate Trade by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey on August 31, 2023, identity and authorization verification obligations were introduced to the advertisement platforms where real estate advertisements are published in order to prevent fake advertisements, advertisement pollution, speculative price increases and consumer grievances. Identity and authorization verifications started to be made through the Electronic Advertisement Verification System (EİDS) established within the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey with the integration of advertisement platforms.

Within the scope of the studies for the development of the said System, a screen has been activated that allows real estate businesses to track the authorization transactions carried out by real estate owners through the "EIDS Real Estate Advertisement Publishing Permission Transactions" screen on the e-Government Gateway, through the Real Estate Trade Information System (TTBS). The name, surname/title of the real estate owner who gave permission to publish an advertisement, the authorization expiration date, and the number (ID) of the authorized real estate will be displayed through the said screen.

In this regard, real estate businesses should follow the following steps to access information regarding EIDS advertisement publishing permissions:

1. You must log in to the “My Authorization Documents / EIDS Advertisement Publishing Permissions” tab on the TTBS home page.

2. Then, select the business type and click on the "My EIDS Ad Publishing Permissions" option on the screen that opens.

3. On the screen that opens, the numbers (ID) of the real estates that have been granted permission to publish advertisements will be listed, and when you click on the real estate numbers, you can access detailed information such as the name, surname or title of the person granting the permission and the expiration date of the authorization.
