In the letter dated 11.06.2024 and numbered 5863, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Within the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, it is stated that before publishing an advertisement, it must be verified that the real estate subject to the advertisement belongs to the member who places the advertisement or, if this member is a natural person, to his/her first and second degree blood relatives or spouse, or that the member who places the advertisement is authorized by the owner of the real estate subject to the advertisement.

Regarding the authorization verification process in question, the Ministry of Trade has carried out joint studies with the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre for the determination of the real estate owner and with the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs for the determination of kinship, and the system developments and integrations for the process have been completed; as a result of the aforementioned studies, it is reported that the technical studies carried out by the units of the Ministry of Trade and the E-Government Gateway Integration Unit have reached their final stages.
