In the letter dated 27.03.2025 and numbered 3425, received from the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and forwarded to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey,
In the letter dated 26.12.2024 and numbered E-22600782-439.99-00104423178, it was announced that the authorization verification application, which is the second phase of the Electronic Advertisement Verification System (EÄ°DS), will be put into effect as of February 3, 2025, and that within the scope of the foreseen transition period, advertisements can be placed without verification even if the query result is negative, and that the application will come into force as of April 1, 2025, in a way that advertisements cannot be placed without authorization verification.
In this context, as a result of the final evaluation made by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey;
As of April 7, 2025, in vehicle advertisements with model years 2023, 2024 and 2025 ,
As of June 2, 2025 , in all motor vehicle advertisements ,
It will not be possible to place an advertisement without authorization verification.
In this regard, it is important for our members engaged in the motor vehicle trade to make the necessary preparations for the specified dates and act in accordance with the requirements of the system in order to avoid any grievances.
