In the letter dated 12.04.2025 and numbered 4002, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It was previously reported that the authorization verification application, which is the second phase of the Electronic Ad Verification System (EIDS), will be put into effect as of January 1, 2025, in a way that no advertisements can be placed without authorization verification only for rental properties , and that advertisements for sale can be placed without verification even if the query result is negative, as in the current practice, until a second instruction is given by the Ministry of Commerce.

In this context, as a result of the evaluation made by the Ministry of Commerce regarding the real estate advertisements for sale ;

• The application will be activated as of April 7, 2025, only for job postings for sale, in a way that prevents posting of advertisements without authorization verification.

• For real estate advertisements other than those for sale , the current practice will continue until a second instruction is given by the Ministry of Commerce, meaning that advertisements can be placed without authorization verification even if the inquiry result is negative.

The decision has been made.

In this regard, it is announced with great importance to our members who are engaged in real estate trade.
