In the letter dated 02.01.2026 and numbered 35, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The Communiqué on Keeping Commercial Books Not Related to the Accounting of the Business in Electronic Format, published in the Official Gazette dated 14/2/2025 and numbered 32813, entered into force on 1/7/2025, and it is stated that the Electronic Commercial Book System (ETDS) was launched simultaneously with the entry into force of the said Communiqué.

The article goes on to list the companies that are required to use this system, along with important dates and detailed information.
