In the letter dated 30.05.2025 and numbered 427290, sent to our Chamber from the Istanbul Meat Enterprise Directorate of the Turkish Meat and Milk Institution General Directorate,

The Meat and Milk Board, aiming to both support producers and provide consumers with high-quality products at affordable prices, purchases milk from producers and uses it in cheese and butter production. In this context, the Meat and Milk Board announces that the butter produced will be sold in cash at the following prices and terms.

Packaging Options and Prices:

1 kg packaging: 290 TL/KG + VAT

25 kg frozen block packaging: 275 TL/KG + VAT

Payments are accepted in cash for this sale, which is limited to stock. The product is ideal for hotels, restaurants, catering companies, dairy producers, and retail chains, and is an important food product that supports domestic production.
