In the letter dated 30.12.2024 and numbered 14262, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Reference: a) Our letter dated 09.12.2024 and numbered 13444.

b) Letter dated 19.12.2024 and numbered 104119037 received from the Ministry of Trade.

In our article recorded in reference (a), information was given about the legislation published by Morocco regarding the standards of iron and steel products and the implementation of the legislation.

In the letter registered in reference (b), a sample of which is presented in the annex, it is stated that, with reference to a letter received from the Rabat Trade Counsellor's Office, the implementation of 16 new standards put into effect by Morocco regarding the iron and steel products (flat and long steel groups and sandwich panels) of our companies should be carried out as detailed in the letter.
