In their letter dated 08.02.2024, it was conveyed that a technical regulation was made that enables the "Debt Status Document" to be obtained through the "Customs Tax and Penalty Debt Inquiry System" application.

This time, in the letter dated 18.12.2024 received from the Ministry of Trade, a copy of which is presented in the attachment, it is stated that the "Basic Information" of the additional accrual and penalty decision can be viewed as a result of the query made in the system within the scope of the development studies of the mentioned system.
