In the letter dated 06.01.2025 and numbered 119, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the letter of reference, a copy of which is presented in the appendix, it is stated that Georgia will officially join the "Agreement on the Simplification of Formalities in Trade in Goods" and the "Agreement on the Common Transit Procedure" and that the "New Computerized Transit System (NCTS) Phase 5" will enter into force in the relevant country on February 1, 2025.

The article also stated that a dedicated help desk will be operational as of January 1, 2025, to provide support and answer questions regarding the transition process.
