In the letter dated 10.06.2025 and numbered 6527, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Attached is the letter dated 02.06.2025 received from the General Directorate of Customs of the Ministry of Trade, stating that the use of the NCTS system will be mandatory for transit transports to Georgia and Common Transit Countries, and that alternatively, transport can be carried out within the scope of the TIR Convention, and that the implementation has been postponed to 1 July 2025.
