The Youth Production Age (GÜÇ) Program, implemented by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, aims to enable young people to gain professional experience through internships, become familiar with working life, participate more easily in employment, and remain permanently in the labor market. It was announced by our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on January 6, 2026.
