As of January 1, 2025, the "Occupational Health and Safety Services" article of the Occupational Health and Safety Law entered into force for all workplaces, including public workplaces and workplaces with fewer than 50 employees and classified as less hazardous.

Thus, employers or employer representatives of workplaces with fewer than 50 employees and classified as less hazardous can perform these duties by assigning appropriately qualified personnel from among their employees, undertaking the responsibility themselves if they have the necessary certificates, receiving services from OSGB and ÇASMER authorized by the ministry, or completing the training announced by the ministry without the requirement of appointing an Occupational Safety Specialist and Workplace Physician.
