In the letter dated 03.03.2026 and numbered 3166, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is stated that since 2018, employers who meet the conditions stipulated in the Law and are covered by temporary articles 75, 78, 80, 85, 88, 93, 96, 101 and 109 of the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, are requested to transfer the Minimum Wage Support refunds, which are financed from the Unemployment Insurance Fund and applied by deducting the support amounts for the relevant year from the premium debts of employers to the Social Security Institution, to the bank account numbers of the Provincial Directorates of Labor and Employment Agencies.

The text further states that, in order to ensure a more orderly and faster return process for these amounts, which are deducted from the payments due for the tenders within the scope by public institutions and organizations and deposited into escrow accounts, the bank account numbers of the aforementioned Provincial Directorates of Labor and Employment Agency have been closed, and that these amounts should only be transferred to the account belonging to İŞKUR; namely, the account with IBAN number TR16 0001 2009 4520 0004 0002 64 and account name: "ASG ÜCR DESTEK İADE" at Halk Bank Ankara Public Corporate Branch, associated with Tax Identification Number 7811135112.
