In the letter dated 19.09.2024 and numbered 9694, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

A copy of the letter titled Business Inspection Circular dated 09.09.2024 and numbered 34279, received from the General Directorate of Transport Services Regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is attached (Annex-1).

We would like to inform you that the responsibilities attributed to you in the first paragraph of Article 37 of the Regulation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road, as specified in the relevant article, and the necessary work and procedures within the scope of the Circular presented in the annex (Annex-2) must be fulfilled until 01.12.2024.
