The construction of a Shop + Office Center + Cooperative Service Building will be undertaken on the immovable property SS 270, registered on page 48, block 627, and parcel 6, located in Kazimiye Neighborhood, Aşık Veysel Street, Çorlu District, Tekirdağ Province, with a surface area of 1,225.89 m². The project will be completed within the specified timeframe in accordance with relevant legislation and will be completed by the contractor in a complete, defect-free, and flawless manner in accordance with the signed contract. The contractor will assume all administrative, legal, and criminal liability throughout the construction process, and the work will be completed on a turnkey basis, including materials and labor.

In this context, the tender will be held on 25.02.2025 at 14:00 in the service building of SS Trakya Oil Seeds Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union at Edirne/Merkez address by sealed bid method.
