In the letter dated 22.08.2024 and numbered 17461, sent to our Chamber from the Sümer Holding A.Ş. General Directorate Purchasing and Tender Affairs Department,

It is announced that the brands Bursa Merinos (Made in Turkey) with registration number 128203 and Merinos with registration number 128202, registered under the name of Sümer Holding, which is a public institution in the privatization program and whose capital belongs entirely to the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, will be privatized separately through the "sale" method within the framework of the provisions of the Law on Privatization Applications numbered 4046.
