In the letter dated 07.05.2025 and numbered 421304, sent to our Chamber from the Istanbul Meat Enterprise Directorate of the Turkish Meat and Milk Institution General Directorate,

The hides (including head hides), offal, and by-products obtained from the slaughter of cattle at the following slaughterhouses between May and August 2025 will be offered for sale via online tender. The online tender dates and times are as follows:

Edirne Meat and Meat Products Integrated Facilities Industry and Trade Inc.:

a) Bovine skin (including head skin) on Tuesday, 13.05.2025 at 14.00

b) Cattle offal and by-products, Tuesday, 13.05.2025, at 14.30

Aladdin Narman:

a) Bovine skin (including head skin) on Tuesday, 13.05.2025 at 15.00

b) Cattle offal and by-products on Tuesday, 13.05.2025 at 15.30
