In the letter dated 30.10.2025 and numbered 13985, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is stated that, in the inspections to be carried out as of 1/1/2026 regarding toy inspections at the import stage, applications that do not include the names, registered trade names or registered trademarks and addresses of the manufacturer and importer on the toy itself, or where this is not possible, on its packaging or on a document accompanying the toy, will be concluded as "Rejection: Lack of Marking".
