In the letter dated 22.12.2025 and numbered 16902, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The letter sent to our association by the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change regarding the deadlines for chemical substance registrations under the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK) is attached.

In this context, it has been stated that the substances and tonnages subject to the KKDİK Regulation will be reviewed, pre-registration/pre-MBDF procedures will be completed, a lead company will be determined for joint registration, lead provisional registration applications will be carried out in cases where full registration cannot be done, and preparations will be initiated based on the final registration schedule.
