In the letter dated 08.09.2025 and numbered 11144, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Referring to the letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the notification made by the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that no transactions are made with the person named "Mohamed Ramadan El-Mansali" in his capacity as the Director of the Libyan State Funds Recovery and Recovered Assets Office (LARMO) or any person appointed by the aforementioned person to represent LARMO.
