Creating 2025 Transportation Programs in the Customer Demand Management System

In the letter dated 03.01.2025 and numbered 24, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,


In the letter sent to our Association from the Turkish State Railways Transportation Inc. General Directorate, it was emphasized that customers must submit their transportation requests via the Customer Request Management System (MTYS) within the specified period, and that fees incurred in case of customer-related train cancellations will be accrued within the framework of the transportation contract to be made, and customers will be notified of the financial impact of these cancellations.


It was stated that the fees paid to the TCDD General Directorate for train cancellations caused by customers will begin to be collected from customers in 2026, and that meetings with broad participation will be held in April and August of 2025, and finally on December 12, to evaluate and determine the data sent periodically and the application conditions in 2025.
