This warning is important for those whose professional qualification certificates received from TOBB MEYBEM or any professional qualification institution through our Chamber and whose expiry date is before October 02, 2024, have expired or are approaching the non-exam renewal date.

For candidates whose application period has expired on or after October 2, 2024, their document renewals will not be possible for an additional 6 months without an exam.

They must complete their transactions before October 02, 2024.

Based on the information received from MYK;

In accordance with Article 5 of the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Supervision and Renewal Activities of the MYK Vocational Qualification Certificate No. 2024/74 dated 03.04.2024, the deadline for completing the document renewal procedures is the expiration date of the validity of the document. In order to prevent the victimization of document holders, the following Temporary Article was included in the relevant Procedures and Principles.

“TEMPORARY ARTICLE 1- For document holders whose document’s validity expiry date is between October 1, 2023 and October 1, 2024, the document renewal application period starts six months before the document’s validity expiry date and ends six months after the document’s validity expiry date.”

Those whose documents are valid on or after October 2, 2024 will not be able to renew their documents under any circumstances after the validity date. Considering this, it is of great importance to warn applicants and complete any outstanding document renewal processes.
