In the letter dated 02.01.2026 and numbered 27, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

It is stated that the upper age limit for professional qualification certificates for drivers engaged in commercial freight and passenger transportation by road will be applied as "not having reached the age of 69 (sixty-nine) days" until a new regulation is made, and that regulations regarding the validity period of the professional qualification certificate are included.
