Pursuant to the letter dated 06.01.2025 and numbered 6476938, sent to our Chamber from the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology of the Edirne Governorship of the Republic of Turkey, in accordance with Article 9 of the Measurements and Calibration Law No. 3516, it is mandatory for the measurements and measuring instruments within the scope of the law to be subject to periodic inspection.

It has been stated that if it is determined that measuring instruments that have not been periodically inspected during these periods are used, administrative sanctions should be imposed in accordance with Article 15/c of Law No. 3516.

In order to prevent any grievances that may arise from using a measuring instrument with an expired stamp, users must pay attention to the issues in the announcement.
