Dear Member,
In the letter dated 21.08.2025 and numbered 9774, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,
The "Partnering in Business with Germany" Program is implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and our Association in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey and the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy.
As part of the program, technical support and training are provided for Turkish companies seeking to do business with Germany. The training program takes place in Turkey (a two-day workshop in Ankara) and Germany. The training program in Germany lasts three weeks. The program includes theoretical training, field visits, and opportunities for one-on-one business meetings.
The first implementation of the program was completed in May 2025, and positive feedback was received. Following this, it was decided to continue the program in 2026. The application process for 2026 has begun.
The following criteria have been established for participation in the program:
- The company must be an SME.
- It is preferred that the company focuses on automation, digitalization and new technologies (The 3-week program in Germany coincides with Hannover Messe, one of the world's largest trade fairs focusing on industry development. Within the scope of the program, topics such as industry 4.0, automation, digitalization and other future technologies will be discussed).
- Since the entire program will be held in English, the company representative participating must have a good command of English.
- The person who will benefit from the program must be authorized to make decisions on behalf of the company.

- Participants will participate in a 3-week program in Germany without interruption between 20.04.2026 and 07.05.2026.
Important points:
- Accommodation and transfer expenses in Germany will be covered within the scope of the Program.
