In the letter dated 05.08.2025 and numbered 8943, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Referring to the press release made by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on July 21, 2025, it was stated that at least 75 airports in Russia are aimed to be modernized by 2030, and in this context, the Far East regions are also included in the national project called "Effective Transportation System".

The article continues by stating that Turkish companies could step forward in these projects, replacing Western companies that withdrew from the market following the Russian Federation-Ukraine crisis, and that various business and investment opportunities could arise for our companies.
