In the letter dated 22.09.2025 and numbered 11847, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the letter dated 27.05.2025 and numbered 6039 and titled “Electronic Appointment Application at Verhniy Lars Border Gate on the Russia-Georgia Border”, it was stated that the Verhniy Lars border gate on the Russian Federation-Georgia border would be added to the electronic appointment crossing points currently implemented at some border gates by the Russian Federation as of 01.10.2025.

This time, in the letter received from the Ministry of Trade’s General Directorate of International Trade in Services, the attached User Guide prepared by our Moscow Trade Counsellor’s Office regarding the problems experienced in the electronic appointment system implemented at other crossing points was submitted.

In the guide;

• Starting from October 1, 2025, the electronic queue system for crossings through the Verhniy Lars border crossing will be coordinated by the FKGU Rosgranstroy, a Federal State Institution under the Ministry of Transport of Russia.

  
  

• It is stated that in order to facilitate the registration process, it is recommended to create a personal account on the GİS EPD portal and add vehicle cards to the system by October 1st. It is also stated that for foreign carriers, after creating a personal account with a phone number or email, all information must be filled in and approval must be obtained after verification.
