In the letter dated 08.10.2025 and numbered 12732, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced that October 1, 2025 will be the beginning of a new period within the scope of the "Strategy to Combat Counterfeit Documents" and that information activities will be carried out to make the issue more understandable to all parties and stakeholders.

In this context, the guidance document regarding the Establishment Supervised Analysis (KURGAN) system sent to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and our Circular on SMYIB Usage and 160/A Reviews dated 18.04.2025 are presented as an annex.
