The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Professional Qualification Training in Road Transportation Activities, published in the Official Gazette dated 29.01.2026 and numbered 25572, introduced various regulations regarding professional qualification certificates.

These regulations specifically include:

"If drivers operating vehicles required to use a tachograph driver's card are found to be using someone else's tachograph driver's card while driving, the SRC type professional qualification certificate of both the tachograph driver's card holder and the driver using the card will be revoked."

In line with this regulation, Digital Tachograph Card holders are kindly requested to pay close attention to the relevant regulations to avoid any loss of rights or hardship.
