In the letter dated 02.08.2024 and numbered 7829, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the Directive on Working Principles and Procedures Regarding Social Security Institution Medical Equipment Applications, it is stated that there is a need for regulation in order to meet the needs in terms of application area, contribute to simplicity and comprehensibility, and to carry out work and transactions in accordance with cost-effective policies, and a draft has been prepared in this direction.

In this context; any opinions and suggestions regarding the attached Directive and Guide draft should be entered into the opinion form and reported to our Association ( irem.ardic@tobb.org.tr ) by 8 August 2024 at the latest.
