In the letter dated 01.10.2024 and numbered 10459 sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the letter sent to our Union from the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs (MAPEG), the information map of the Project for Determination of Rehabilitated Mining Areas and Mining Social Responsibility Activities (TÜRMES) throughout Turkey, which is being carried out by MAPEG, has been published on the MAPEG corporate website.

The article continues by stating that the map, which is the most comprehensive resource ever prepared in terms of rehabilitation of mining sites, includes visuals and information about rehabilitated sites, the ratio of operating permit areas to Turkey's surface area, and mining social responsibility projects.
