In the letter dated 27.05.2025 and numbered 1348761, sent to our Chamber from the TR Çankaya Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate,

The real estate properties, whose information is specified in the attached announcement and are owned by the municipality, will be sold through a sealed bidding process (auction) in accordance with Article 36 of State Bidding Law No. 2886. The tender price of the real estate may be paid in cash, or at least one-half of the amount may be paid in cash, and the remaining amount may be paid in two installments, with interest at the rate of a late payment interest. Payment may be made in installments, interest at the rate of a late payment interest, and a notarized contract with a definitive, unlimited bank guarantee of 6% of the tender price.
