In the letter dated 21.10.2024 and numbered 11538 sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

Reference: a) Our letter dated 02.04.2024, numbered 3550 and titled "TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş. Accreditation Announcement Regarding"

b) The letter on Carbon Footprint Verification Scope dated 10.10.2024 sent to our Association by TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş.

In our letter registered in reference a), it has been reported that TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş., one of the affiliates of our Union, has been accredited in the field of verification of greenhouse gas emissions declared in the voluntary field (organization level) which is the TS EN ISO 14064-1 standard and has started verification activities.

In the letter registered in reference b) and presented as an attachment, it is stated that TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş., one of the affiliates of our Union, has successfully completed its scope expansion studies with TÜRKAK; and has included the "General Manufacturing" sector, which includes the cellulose, paper and printing sectors as well as textile, leather, apparel, machinery, automotive, air conditioning and ventilation, forest products and furniture, plastic and food sectors, within its scope.
