In the letter dated 17.11.2025 and numbered 15038, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The limit of the TOBB Breath Credit project, which was announced with a reference letter and started on 02.10.2025, has been increased from 25 billion TL to 50 billion TL.

In this context, as of Wednesday, November 19, 2025, our members will be able to apply for a loan at Halkbank, Vakıfbank, Ziraat Bankası, Denizbank, Garanti Bankası, Akbank, Yapı Kredi Bankası, and Ziraat Katılım Bankası branches with the activity certificate, which will be provided to you free of charge, to be used in TOBB Nefes Kredi transactions, under the conditions announced in our relevant article.

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and chambers/commodity exchanges will not participate in the credit approval processes and will not provide references.
