According to Article 1 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, businesses with an Industrial Registry Certificate must submit their Annual Business Tables showing their annual activities to the Ministry of Industry and Technology (Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology) within 4 months at the end of each year, in accordance with Article 5 of the same law.

Transactions regarding the Annual Business Table, which must be submitted by the end of April each year, can be made through the Industrial Registry Information System by visiting http://sanayisicil.sanayi.gov.tr and logging into E-government.

An administrative fine of 8322 (eight thousand three hundred and twenty two) TL will be imposed on businesses that do not submit the Annual Business Table for 2023 by 24:00 on 30 April 2024, in accordance with Article 9 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948.
